Health & Safety
We recognise that to operate successfully in the modern day construction industry we need to take Health and Safety seriously.
Our commitment to this ethos is underpinned by our Safecontractor registration. Detailed, site specific Health & Safety documentation is provided for every project, all independently audited by our Health & Safety consultants.
McEwan Osborne recognises that to stay ahead of the competition we need to ensure our staff are provided with the necessary training to carry out their work in most effective and professional manner possible. All our operatives are CSCS carded, our Directors and Supervisors all have SMSTS Certificates as well as First Aid. We continually invest in training and all of our operatives currently have or are working towards having Asbestos Awareness, Pasma, IPAF and Face Fit certification.
We are firm believers in training and creating the workforce of the future and with this in mind we have an active joinery apprenticeship scheme. At any one time we usually have between 3 and 4 apprentices on our books.
